Data Deletion Instructions
How to request review and deletion of AI Commerce Lab account, service and WhatsApp CRM information.
Last updated: 10 October 2026 · English version
1. Send a request
Email the contact below with the subject ‘Data deletion request — AI Commerce Lab’. Describe whether your request concerns WhatsApp messages/CRM, a website enquiry, an account, an assessment or a website order.
Provide the WhatsApp number used to contact the business, or the email associated with your account, and an approximate interaction date or order reference if available. Provide only what is needed to locate the records; do not send passwords, access tokens, full card numbers or identity documents in your initial request.
2. Verification and review
A request needs to be reviewed and the requester’s authority verified before records are disclosed or changed. Additional information may be needed, preferably through the existing account or contact channel. This page does not promise instant deletion, a fixed response time or that a deletion job has already run.
The review can cover relevant stored WhatsApp messages and events, conversation notes, linked enquiry information, assessment submissions and website materials. Some transaction, accounting or dispute records may need to be retained where legally required; the scope and any limitations should be explained when the request is handled.
3. What the request does not automatically remove
Deleting records held by AI Commerce Lab does not automatically delete messages on your device, another person’s device, or information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe or another provider. Use the relevant provider’s own privacy controls for those records. Backup and provider-held copies need separate review; no universal or immediate erasure guarantee is made.
Stopping a conversation, logging out or clearing browser storage is not a request to delete all server records. If you want deletion considered, send the request above. You can also use this contact to request access or correction or raise a concern under Malaysia’s PDPA where applicable.
